All rooms include private garden areas and a collection of amenities, including bath and body products by Flamingo Estate, luxury linens and bathrobes, steamers, hair dryers, personal safes, smart televisions, and free WiFi. We offer connecting rooms and in-room refrigerators upon request. Complimentary morning coffee and pastries in the barn each morning, access to a communal wood-burning fire pit each evening. Bicycles are available on property free of charge.

A few options: You can drive (90-120 minutes from New York City, depending on traffic), take the bus to Westhampton Beach (Hampton Jitney, Ambassador), or the LIRR to Westhampton.

All guest rooms have top of the line beds and mattresses, organic cotton linens and robes, in-room coffee, WiFi, and smart televisions. The rest of the site includes a communal fire pit, light breakfast in the Barn, a retail shop, and walking paths among wildflower fields.

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the full stay plus tax.

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 12:00 pm. If you are arriving after our office closure we will send you a code to unlock your room.
