Garden-inspired rooms

Each of our guest rooms is spacious and airy, featuring vaulted ceilings and garden views—along with an artful blend of modern amenities and a crisp aesthetic. We’ve sourced the finest beds to ensure a restful stay. Bathrooms feature handmade touches and luxurious amenities. After a day of enjoying the area, retreat to a room that is designed for reflection and connection.

Extra feathers

All rooms include private garden areas and a collection of amenities, including bath and body products by Flamingo Estate, luxury linens and bathrobes, steamers, hair dryers, personal safes, smart televisions, and free WiFi. We offer connecting rooms and in-room refrigerators upon request. Complimentary morning coffee and pastries in the barn each morning, access to a communal wood-burning fire pit each evening. Bicycles are available on property free of charge.

The Barn and grounds at Three Ducks can be booked for private catered events, and room blocks are available for weddings and other special events. Our wildflower meadow also offers an exceptional backdrop for photography. Special amenities such as a hospitality bar and fresh flowers can be supplied.

Full-service concierge

We’re here to help. Our on-site staff is accessible by phone, email, in person or via text during your stay to help answer any questions you might have. Here are some frequently asked questions to get you started.

  • 19 Seabreeze Avenue, Westhampton, New York, 11977. We’re just off of Montauk Highway, right across from Farmer’s Market Farmstand. 

  • A few options: You can drive (90-120 minutes from New York City, depending on traffic), take the bus to Westhampton Beach (Hampton Jitney, Ambassador), or the LIRR to Westhampton.

  • If you’re driving, 2 minutes to town and 8 minutes to the beach. By bike, 5 minutes to town and 15 minutes to the beach. 

  • No, but we do offer snacks and drinks at The Market during office hours 7:00-11:00 pm. For a list of our favorite bars and restaurants in the area, see our local recommendations here.

  • Absolutely. Click here.

Location

  • We provide free Wi-Fi and internet television, allowing you to log into your personal apps.

  • All guest rooms have top of the line beds and mattresses, organic cotton linens and robes, in-room coffee, WiFi, and smart televisions. The rest of the site includes a communal fire pit, light breakfast in the Barn, a retail shop, and walking paths among wildflower fields.

  • Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the full stay plus tax. 

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 12:00 pm. If you are arriving after our office closure we will send you a code to unlock your room.

  • Yes! Please contact us to book our ADA accessible room.
